Alice and Bullwinkle unwind.

Every morning I like to start my day by watching Rocky and Bullwinkle while I eat breakfast.
On Sundays from 10am to 12pm, Me-TV airs two hours of the Brady Bunch, I make a point of having it on in the background while I'm drawing.
I also own a gamecube, and find playing it to be a nice distraction from my thoughts, as well as a fantastic tool for procrastination.

My new comic strip, "mumblecore comics" is an homage to the low-budget amateur film genre known as mumblecore. This first strip, and all subsequent others was and will be printed in "Free Ice Cream" the comics section of the Columbia Chronicle. Find it at various locations in the South Loop.

I posted a status on Facebook last night that read "I'm going to get a tattoo of Peter Francis Geraci making love to Eagleman while The Empire Carpet Guy watches on my chest."

It was "Liked" by nearly 40 friends, which seemed to indicate I had no other choice than to spend my afternoon creating this:

If anyone wants to volunteer to get it tattooed on their chest, be my guest.

"mumblecore comix"

Here is a sneak preview of the new comic strip I'm working on for The Chronicle, the newspaper of Columbia College
You can find it in various locations around Chicago, but primarily in the South Loop. It's totally free each week, so pick one one up and enjoy.
